Miss Aruba Pageant
 

During decades the coordination of the Miss Aruba Pageant passed through different organizers however since 1992 Star Promotion Organization has been founded and brought Aruba’s participation to new heights, establishing them as credible and as an indispensable annual event for the Aruba community.  

The Miss Aruba pageant is a Star Promotion Foundation production that advances and supports today’s women. Star Promotion is putting emphasis not only on the physical aspect of the contestants but also on their inherent intelligence and natural capabilities. Ultimately, you have to be physically fit, but we also want someone who can conduct an interview and who can have opinions.
Our leadership appreciates that nobody is perfect, we push forward, to ensure they have opportunities that they wouldn’t otherwise have, and we think we’ve really embraced that over the years. It is expected if someone is representing the country, they have to be aware of the issues going on.  

The competition provides access, means and guidance to help the contestants maximize their strengths and achieve their professional and personal goals. The competition also gives each contestant the opportunity to gain invaluable experience, to improve self-esteem and self-confidence, and to establish friendships that will last a lifetime.
Growth in intelligence, communication skills and personality development are the key areas of improvement that Star Promotion aspires to develop in each one of their candidates.

Star Promotion is accredited with much deserved international triumphs as a result of their solid experience and their highly qualified team. These achievements serve to further stimulate and motivate the Star Promotion board members to continue to reach their goal, to bring the name of Aruba to the next level.
